Combining grounded therapeutic techniques with intuitive healing touch and energy modalities — a skilled massage therapist can help you release tension, restore balance, and support physical & emotional well-being.
We provide specialized Prenatal/Postpartum and Oncology Massage modalities, to assist with the management of symptoms, stresses and side effects that sometimes arise when one is carrying a baby or in treatment for serious illness.

Honoring the final passage with dignity and care, an End-of-Life Doula can provide spiritual and emotional presence, assist with end-of-life & legacy planning and offer thoughtful vigil and grief support. Our aim is to honor individual values, ease transitions for families and to bear witness to the sacredness of this life’s departure.
