Reserve your appointment for therapeutic massage

***Please note the following policies :

• - Massage Therapy is available by appointment only. Appointments are best scheduled online, no less than 12 hours prior to appointment time. If you would like to schedule with less than 12 hours notice, please call or text:

• 317-500-4954, to see if we have any Last Minute Appointments available. (extra charge may apply)

• - Industry standard, at many massage therapy chains and spas, is that a 1-hour massage will only be 50 minutes of actual massage time, to allow time for checkout, etc. At Everheld - as long as you arrive on time - your appointment will last for the number of minutes you’ve reserved. So, for example, a 60-minute appointment will give you a full 60 minutes on the table. Please arrive a few minutes early, for parking - & to ensure you receive your full session time.

• - Late arrivals will only be allowed the time remaining in the scheduled session and cannot be extended. You will be charged the full amount of the originally scheduled time.

• - Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations/rescheduling. With less than 24 hours notice, you are subject to full payment (or forfeiture of gift certificate) for your massage.

• - Payment is not required in advance. You may choose to pay when booking or you can pay at the end of your appointment.

• - ***ALL New clients are required to have a credit card on file. You will be prompted for this, when booking, even if you choose not to pay in advance.
